Pegatron Technologies LLC production operations for advanced server and electronic system manufacturing lines. This role is highly execution-focused and floor-driven, supporting high-mix production, system integration, and new product introduction (NPI) in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a desk-only leadership role—the ideal candidate thrives on the production floor, solving problems in real time, supporting teams directly, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across system integration and production lines
- Manage line performance metrics including throughput, yield, quality, and efficiency
- Supervise and coach production supervisors, engineers, and technicians
- Monitor schedules and adjust staffing, resources, and priorities to meet demand
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Support NPI launches including line readiness, tooling, process validation, and ramp-up
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues using root cause and Lean methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, manufacturing, and quality standards
- Maintain strong daily presence on the production floor supporting execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electronics, server, or complex system manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing production teams or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of high-mix production environments and system integration workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive results in fast-paced settings
- Experience with server or computer system manufacturing
- Background supporting NPI or factory ramp-ups
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing production in test-integrated environments
- Highly hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Comfortable making real-time production decisions
- Collaborative communicator across technical teams
- Adaptable to changing production priorities
