We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to drive our daily cash management and treasury operations. In this role, you will safeguard liquidity, build short-term cash forecasts, and play a pivotal part in month-end close and management reporting. You will also serve as a key liaison with our banking partners.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to drive our daily cash management and treasury operations. In this role, you will safeguard liquidity, build short-term cash forecasts, and play a pivotal part in month-end close and management reporting. You will also serve as a key liaison with our banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity, execute and track payments (wires, ACH, checks), and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations
- Develop short-term cash forecasts to guide strategic decisions and assist in preparing monthly management reporting packs.
- Manage credit facility setups and nurture strong relationships with banking partners.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including fixed assets management and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and treasury policies while troubleshooting payment inquiries with banks and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 2 -3 years of hands-on experience in treasury, cash operations, finance, or accounting.
- Experience in cash flow and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP.
